1. Same Albany Freeborn identified as husband of Ella Kate Taylor and father of Rev. F. G. Jewett (St. Paul’s Albany) and Edward Taylor Jewett in 1897 Dutchess County commemorative biography of Mrs. Catherine E. Taylor (printed “F. J. Jewett”; contemporaneous Living Church and all other records use Freeborn G. / F. G.).

   Two children were born to Mr. and Mrs. Taylor: Ella Kate, and Nelson (deceased). Ella married F. J. Jewett, of Albany, N. Y., and they have two children—Rev. F. G. Jewett, rector of St. Paul’s Church at Albany, and Edward Taylor Jewett, of the Albany Engraving Co.

2. LOCK as father of Rev. Freeborn G. Jewett Jr. (b. 1866): Living Church 5 Feb 1910 death notice states Rev. FREEBORN G. JEWETT, Jr. died at the home of his father, Freeborn G. Jewett, near Bethlehem Center, N.Y.

   AFTER AN illness of many months the Rev. FREEBORN G. JEWETT, Jr., died at the home of his father, Freeborn G. Jewett, near Bethlehem Center, N. Y., aged 44 years. … Mr. Jewett was born in Poughkeepsie, N. Y., in 1866. … He is survived by his wife, his parents, and two children.
