Charles is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Cox of Greenwich, CT. The couple will become united as one on September 28, 2014. The I Do’s will be exchanged at St. Lucy’s Catholic Church in Middletown and the ceremony will be held by the Rev. John W. O’Brien. A celebration with family and friends will follow the ceremony at the Oceancliff Resort.
